How was it before?
In the summer of 2017-2023, more than 2,450 children from Minsk, Vitebsk, Brest, Gomel, and Grodno had a great rest during the intellect holidays at ISmart. The language camp session was attended by children from France, Poland, the USA, the Netherlands, Spain and Italy.
My son returned from the camp extremely expressed. My child’s been attending various camps since he was six. Due to his camp experience, he has something to compare with. He has no complaints about the counselors, the organization and all that. He liked everything. But he said they hadn’t had enough discos and he’d like more. Besides, there weren’t enough contests or classes a group would take part in together. All the kids have done as a group was a hiking trip. So he’d like to have more activities like that. As far as I understand, my child wanted more contact with his peers, but apparently, for the most part it was every man for himself – soldering, making soap, painting, etc. All these activities are wonderful and necessary, but my child didn’t have enough teamwork. Apart from that, he really liked everything. We’re sending our second child to the camp for the winter holidays. As well as the first one, of course. He's thrilled. Thank you for your wonderful work!
I’d like to express my gratitude for such a wonderful children’s camp. My child’s delighted and asks to go to this particular camp again. There’s a wide range of entertainment and outdoor activities, everything is modern and useful for children. The counselors and instructors are qualified. A special thank you to the counselor of our group, Daria, for her ability to find an approach to children in any situation. A big plus is that all the activities are thought out and properly timed so that children get the maximum and balanced pleasure from relaxing, activities, mental tasks and medical procedures. My personal wish is to minimize the use of phones, unless there is an urgent need. Parents receive a full photo report every day, so they can perfectly monitor their child's life, and there is no need for a child to constantly carry their phone with them. Thanks! We’re waiting for the new season and new creative modules for kids, and maybe, eventually, for adults, too))
Good afternoon! We were looking for a camp so that my daughter wouldn’t be bored and there would be a lot of activities. Besides, she’s interested in sports and tourism. That’s why the scout camp was what we needed. I like it that there are a lot of modules and their repeating doesn’t bore the kids. The pool was not so good (small, with too warm water) and neither was the Stairway to Heaven because it was very hard to climb. She really enjoyed hiking and cooking over a campfire. Everyone really liked the counselor and the coaches! I’d like the kids to receive some kind of a keepsake after each camp session, like a T-shirt or a cap. The pricing is very pleasant. I really liked the daily report and the excellent quality of the photos. Thank you so much for everything! Next year, my daughter wants to go to the scout camp for two sessions!
I’m very grateful for the responsible and attentive attitude towards my child on the part of the camp staff. And, of course, the most important thing is that my child remembers the time she spent at the camp as the best one, and wants to go again. I’m also very grateful to the camp director for his responsible attitude towards the children. Margarita, my niece, got into hospital... According to her parents’ reviews and the patients of the hospital where the girl was taken, the director showed reverent and keen attention to the child, and until the parents arrived, everyone was sure that he was actually Margarita's father. My daughter was at the 2nd session of the summer camp. Since it was her first time at a camp, there were doubts whether she’d like it. Needlessly! :) Everything is organized so well that there will be enough impressions for the whole year. Every day from morning to evening the children were busy with a variety of interesting activities: a climbing wall, quads, kayaking, archery, pneumatic shooting, knife throwing, laser tag games, trampoline jumping, 3D pen art, soap making, radio workshop and much more. In addition to the activities, they had wellness treatments: oxygen cocktails, a swimming pool, a salt room and massage. There were also a lot of team-building events: cooperative games, quizzes with other groups, discos, an all-camp dance competition. To the question: "Where are you going next year?" we got the answer, “Only to ISmart!” :))))) And this speaks louder than any other words! :)

- My daughter’s visited many children's camps with her sports sections – expensive and not so expensive ones. Each camp had its pros and cons, some camps she liked more, some less, a few times she’s asked to be taken away from a camp as soon as possible. But the best indicator of the successful choice was the situation when my daughter was coming home after another visit to ISmart children's camp and said in tears that she wanted to go back there again, even though she’d missed home and her family. She’s already been to ISmart camp several times and is now raving about spending holidays only there. What's the secret? I think it's all about the unique heart-warming atmosphere created for the children by the adult organizers. The kids learn to interact: both to relax and to work. The organizers of the children's camp, in my opinion, have planned everything: comfort in the rooms, a reasonable combination of work and recreation, education and expanding horizons, taking into account modern trends without forgetting the basic, classic ones. - For the first time, our children were sent to ISmart winter camp. They’ve already been there many times in summer and always returned happy and eager to visit it again.
This time, everything was very cool, too. The tree house and the igloo, which they built in small teams, made a lasting impression on them. Riding ATVs and tubing brought a lot of joy. My daughter’s become more sociable. My son, who usually didn't say much about the events, brought a bunch of photos on his phone, watched them with us and commented on each one. They were getting off the bus happy and with a loads of gifts: bird feeders they made themselves in a carpentry workshop, New Year juniper wreaths and even some microchips they soldered. Cool!!! - After each trip, the child waits for the next one. Super, cool, great. This is my son's assessment. I’m glad that for ten days the child was involved in activities without his phone and a TV. These Regulations define the terms of use of the website https://ismartcamp.pl (including, but not limited to, third-level domains https://shop.ismartcamp.pl, https://book.ismartcamp.pl and others), hereinafter referred to as https://ismartcamp.pl, managed by INTELIGENTNE WAKACJE spółka z o.o., a company registered in Poland with its registered office at ul. Jana Heweliusza 11 /811, 80-890, Gdańsk, Polska, NIP: 5833519272, REGON: 52973080300000, KRS: 52973080300000. The Company is the responsible administrator of personal data provided by users.
1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by INTELIGENTNE WAKACJE spółka z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
Data processing is carried out on the following grounds:
- the User's consent to processing (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
- the need to perform an agreement or actions preceding its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- fulfillment of the Operator's legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
- the legitimate interests of the Operator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), such as traffic analysis to improve the operation of the website.
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website – a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://ismartcamp.pl.
2.4. Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data – actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the ownership of personal data by a specific User or another subject of personal data.
2.6. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determinable User of the website https://ismartcamp.pl.
2.9. Personal data permitted for distribution by the personal data subject — personal data, access to which by an unlimited number of persons is granted by the personal data subject by giving consent to the processing of personal data permitted by the personal data subject for distribution in the manner prescribed by the GDPR (hereinafter — personal data permitted for distribution).
2.10. User — any visitor to the website https://ismartcamp.pl.
2.11. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
2.12. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unlimited number of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including disclosure of personal data in the media, posting in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government agency, foreign individual or foreign legal entity.
2.14. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed and irrevocably deleted with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) the tangible media of personal data are destroyed.
3. Basic rights and obligations of the Operator
3.1. The Operator has the right to:
- receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the personal data subject;
- in the event of the personal data subject's withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in the GDPR;
- independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the GDPR and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the GDPR or other laws.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
- provide the personal data subject, at his request, with information regarding the processing of his personal data;
- organize the processing of personal data in the manner established by the current legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Poland;
- respond to requests and inquiries of personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR;
– notify the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, upon request of such body, of the necessary information within 30 days from the date of receipt of such request;
– publish or otherwise provide unlimited access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
– take legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data;
– stop the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing and destroy personal data in the manner and cases stipulated by the GDPR;
– fulfill other obligations stipulated by the GDPR.
4. Basic rights and obligations of personal data subjects
4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:
– receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except for cases stipulated by law. The information is provided to the personal data subject by the Operator in an accessible form and must not contain personal data related to other personal data subjects, except in cases where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the GDPR;
- require the operator to clarify his personal data, block or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, and also take measures provided by law to protect their rights;
- put forward a condition for prior consent when processing personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works and services on the market;
- to revoke consent to the processing of personal data;
- appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court against illegal actions or inaction of the Operator when processing his personal data;
- to exercise other rights provided by law.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to:
- provide the Operator with reliable information about themselves;
– inform the Operator about clarification (update, change) of their personal data.
4.3. Persons who have provided the Operator with false information about themselves or information about another subject of personal data without the latter's consent are liable in accordance with the law.
5. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
5.1. Last name, First name, Middle name (if any), Mobile phone number, Email address (e-mail), Last name of the User's child, First name of the User's child, Age of the User's child.
5.2. The Operator's website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including Cookies) using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager). Cookies are used to remember user preferences, analyze behavior on the website, and improve the functionality of the website.
5.3. The above data is further united in the text of the Policy by the general concept of Personal Data.
5.4. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data related to race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, or intimate life.
5.5. The processing of personal data permitted for distribution from among the special categories of personal data specified in the GDPR is permitted if the prohibitions and conditions are met, provided for by the GDPR.
5.6. The User's consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution is drawn up separately from other consents to the processing of his personal data. In this case, the conditions stipulated by the GDPR are observed. The requirements for the content of such consent are established by the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
5.6.1 The User provides consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution directly to the Operator.
5.6.2 The Operator is obliged, no later than three working days from the date of receipt of the said consent of the User, to publish information on the conditions of processing, on the existence of prohibitions and conditions for the processing by an unlimited number of persons of personal data permitted for distribution.
5.6.3 The transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data permitted for distribution by the personal data subject must be terminated at any time at the request of the personal data subject. This request must include the last name, first name, patronymic (if any), contact information (phone number, email address or postal address) of the personal data subject, as well as a list of personal data, the processing of which is subject to termination. The personal data specified in this request may only be processed by the Operator to whom it is sent.
5.6.4 Consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution shall cease to be valid from the moment the Operator receives the request specified in paragraph 5.6.3 of this Policy regarding the processing of personal data.
6. Principles of personal data processing
6.1. Personal data shall be processed on a lawful and fair basis.
6.2. The processing of personal data shall be limited to achieving specific, predetermined and lawful purposes. Processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not permitted.
6.3. Combining databases containing personal data that are processed for purposes incompatible with each other is not permitted.
6.4. Only personal data that meet the purposes of their processing shall be processed.
6.5. The content and volume of the personal data being processed correspond to the stated purposes of processing. Excessive amounts of personal data in relation to the stated purposes of their processing are not allowed.
6.6. When processing personal data, the accuracy of the personal data, their sufficiency, and, where necessary, relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing are ensured. The Operator takes the necessary measures and/or ensures their adoption to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
6.7. Personal data shall be stored in a form that allows identifying the subject of the personal data, for no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing, unless the storage period for personal data is established by law, an agreement to which the subject of the personal data is a party, beneficiary or guarantor. The personal data being processed shall be destroyed or depersonalized upon achieving the purposes of processing or in the event of loss of the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by law.
7. Purposes of personal data processing
7.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data:
- providing services related to inquiries sent via contact forms on the websites;
- informing users about our services if the User has consented to this;
- improving the functioning of the websites based on the analysis of user behavior;
7.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator an email to sales@ismartcamp.pl with the subject line "Opting out of notifications about new products and services and special offers".
7.3. Anonymized User data collected using Internet statistics services is used to collect information about the actions of Users on the website, improve the quality of the website and its content.
8. Legal grounds for processing personal data
8.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data by the Operator are:
– statutory (founding) documents of the Operator;
– agreements concluded between the operator and the subject of personal data;
– laws, other regulatory legal acts in the field of personal data protection;
– consent of Users to the processing of their personal data, to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution.
8.2. The Operator processes the User's personal data if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://ismartcamp.pl, sent to the Operator by e-mail and/or personal data that became known to the Operator as a result of processing of the call received from the User to the Operator's mobile number (+48) 451-624-463. By filling out the relevant forms, making a call to the Operator's mobile number and/or sending their personal data to the Operator in another way, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
8.3. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is permitted in the User's browser settings (the storage of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).
8.4. The subject of personal data independently decides to provide his personal data and gives consent freely, of his own free will and in his own interests.
9. Terms of personal data processing
9.1. Personal data is processed with the consent of the subject of personal data to the processing of his personal data.
9.2. The processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the goals stipulated by an international treaty or law, to exercise the functions, powers and duties imposed on the operator by law.
9.3. The processing of personal data is necessary for the administration of justice, the execution of a judicial act, an act of another body or official subject to execution in accordance with the legislation on enforcement proceedings.
9.4. The processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor, as well as for concluding an agreement on the initiative of the personal data subject or an agreement under which the personal data subject will be a beneficiary or guarantor.
9.5. The processing of personal data is necessary for the exercise of the rights and legitimate interests of the operator or third parties or for the achievement of socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the personal data subject are not violated.
9.6. The processing of personal data is carried out, access to which is granted to an unlimited number of persons by the personal data subject or at his request (hereinafter referred to as publicly available personal data).
9.7. The processing of personal data is carried out that is subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with the law.
10. Procedure for collecting, storing, transferring and other types of processing of personal data
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
10.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing personal data.
10.2. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to compliance with current legislation or if the subject of personal data has given consent to the Operator to transfer data to a third party for the fulfillment of obligations under a civil law contract.
10.3. In the event of detection of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator's e-mail address sales@ismartcamp.pl with the subject line "Updating personal data".
10.4. The period for processing personal data is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data were collected, unless another period is provided for by the agreement or applicable law.
The User may at any time revoke their consent to the processing of personal data by sending the Operator a notice via e-mail to the Operator's e-mail address sales@ismartcamp.pl with the subject "Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data".
10.5. All information collected by third-party services, including payment systems, means of communication and other service providers, is stored and processed by the specified persons (Operators) in accordance with their User Agreement and Privacy Policy. The subject of personal data and/or the User is obliged to independently familiarize themselves with the specified documents in a timely manner. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including the service providers specified in this clause.
10.6. The prohibitions established by the subject of personal data on the transfer (except for providing access), as well as on the processing or conditions of processing (except for obtaining access) of personal data permitted for distribution, do not apply in cases of processing personal data in state, public and other public interests determined by law.
10.7. The operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data when processing personal data.
10.8. The operator stores personal data in a form that allows identifying the subject of personal data for no longer than required by the purposes of processing the personal data, if the storage period of personal data is not established by law, an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor.
10.9. The condition for termination of personal data processing may be the achievement of the purposes of personal data processing, expiration of the consent of the personal data subject or revocation of consent by the personal data subject, as well as the detection of illegal processing of personal data.
11. List of actions performed by the Operator with the received personal data
11.1. The Operator collects, records, systematizes, accumulates, stores, clarifies (updates, changes), extracts, uses, transfers (disseminates, provides, accesses), depersonalizes, blocks, deletes and destroys personal data.
11.2. The Operator carries out automated processing of personal data with or without receiving and/or transmitting the received information via information and telecommunications networks.
12. Cross-border transfer of personal data
12.1. Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state to whose territory the personal data is supposed to be transferred ensures reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
12.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only if there is written consent from the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or execution of an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.
13. Confidentiality of personal data
The Operator and other persons who have gained access to personal data are obliged not to disclose to third parties or distribute personal data without the consent of the personal data subject, unless otherwise provided by law.
14. Final provisions
14.1. The User can receive any clarifications on issues of interest regarding the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via e-mail sales@ismartcamp.pl.
14.2. This document will reflect any changes in the Operator's personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.

These Regulations define the terms of use of the website https://ismartcamp.pl (including, but not limited to, third-level domains https://shop.ismartcamp.pl, https://book.ismartcamp.pl and others), hereinafter referred to as https://ismartcamp.pl, managed by INTELIGENTNE WAKACJE spółka z o.o., a company registered in Poland with its registered office at ul. Jana Heweliusza 11 /811, 80-890, Gdańsk, Polska, NIP: 5833519272, REGON: 52973080300000, KRS: 52973080300000. The Company is the responsible administrator of personal data provided by users.
1. General Provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by INTELIGENTNE WAKACJE spółka z o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).
Data processing is carried out on the following grounds:
- the User's consent to processing (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
- the need to perform an agreement or actions preceding its conclusion (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
- fulfillment of the Operator's legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
- the legitimate interests of the Operator (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), such as traffic analysis to improve the operation of the website.
2. Basic concepts used in the Policy
2.1. Automated processing of personal data – processing of personal data using computer technology.
2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except for cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).
2.3. Website – a set of graphic and information materials, as well as computer programs and databases that ensure their availability on the Internet at the network address https://ismartcamp.pl.
2.4. Personal data information system – a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
2.5. Depersonalization of personal data – actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine, without the use of additional information, the ownership of personal data by a specific User or another subject of personal data.
2.6. Personal data processing – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual that independently or jointly with other persons organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determinable User of the website https://ismartcamp.pl.
2.9. Personal data permitted for distribution by the personal data subject — personal data, access to which by an unlimited number of persons is granted by the personal data subject by giving consent to the processing of personal data permitted by the personal data subject for distribution in the manner prescribed by the GDPR (hereinafter — personal data permitted for distribution).
2.10. User — any visitor to the website https://ismartcamp.pl.
2.11. Provision of personal data — actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific group of persons.
2.12. Dissemination of personal data — any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an unlimited number of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited number of persons with personal data, including disclosure of personal data in the media, posting in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign government agency, foreign individual or foreign legal entity.
2.14. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are destroyed and irrevocably deleted with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) the tangible media of personal data are destroyed.
3. Basic rights and obligations of the Operator
3.1. The Operator has the right to:
- receive reliable information and/or documents containing personal data from the personal data subject;
- in the event of the personal data subject's withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in the GDPR;
- independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations stipulated by the GDPR and regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it, unless otherwise provided by the GDPR or other laws.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
- provide the personal data subject, at his request, with information regarding the processing of his personal data;
- organize the processing of personal data in the manner established by the current legislation of the European Union and the Republic of Poland;
- respond to requests and inquiries of personal data subjects and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR;
– notify the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects, upon request of such body, of the necessary information within 30 days from the date of receipt of such request;
– publish or otherwise provide unlimited access to this Policy regarding the processing of personal data;
– take legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data;
– stop the transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing and destroy personal data in the manner and cases stipulated by the GDPR;
– fulfill other obligations stipulated by the GDPR.
4. Basic rights and obligations of personal data subjects
4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:
– receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, except for cases stipulated by law. The information is provided to the personal data subject by the Operator in an accessible form and must not contain personal data related to other personal data subjects, except in cases where there are legal grounds for disclosing such personal data. The list of information and the procedure for obtaining it are established by the GDPR;
- require the operator to clarify his personal data, block or destroy it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, and also take measures provided by law to protect their rights;
- put forward a condition for prior consent when processing personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works and services on the market;
- to revoke consent to the processing of personal data;
- appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court against illegal actions or inaction of the Operator when processing his personal data;
- to exercise other rights provided by law.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to:
- provide the Operator with reliable information about themselves;
– inform the Operator about clarification (update, change) of their personal data.
4.3. Persons who have provided the Operator with false information about themselves or information about another subject of personal data without the latter's consent are liable in accordance with the law.
5. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User
5.1. Last name, First name, Middle name (if any), Mobile phone number, Email address (e-mail), Last name of the User's child, First name of the User's child, Age of the User's child.
5.2. The Operator's website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including Cookies) using Internet statistics services (Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager). Cookies are used to remember user preferences, analyze behavior on the website, and improve the functionality of the website.
5.3. The above data is further united in the text of the Policy by the general concept of Personal Data.
5.4. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data related to race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, or intimate life.
5.5. The processing of personal data permitted for distribution from among the special categories of personal data specified in the GDPR is permitted if the prohibitions and conditions are met, provided for by the GDPR.
5.6. The User's consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution is drawn up separately from other consents to the processing of his personal data. In this case, the conditions stipulated by the GDPR are observed. The requirements for the content of such consent are established by the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
5.6.1 The User provides consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution directly to the Operator.
5.6.2 The Operator is obliged, no later than three working days from the date of receipt of the said consent of the User, to publish information on the conditions of processing, on the existence of prohibitions and conditions for the processing by an unlimited number of persons of personal data permitted for distribution.
5.6.3 The transfer (distribution, provision, access) of personal data permitted for distribution by the personal data subject must be terminated at any time at the request of the personal data subject. This request must include the last name, first name, patronymic (if any), contact information (phone number, email address or postal address) of the personal data subject, as well as a list of personal data, the processing of which is subject to termination. The personal data specified in this request may only be processed by the Operator to whom it is sent.
5.6.4 Consent to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution shall cease to be valid from the moment the Operator receives the request specified in paragraph 5.6.3 of this Policy regarding the processing of personal data.
6. Principles of personal data processing
6.1. Personal data shall be processed on a lawful and fair basis.
6.2. The processing of personal data shall be limited to achieving specific, predetermined and lawful purposes. Processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not permitted.
6.3. Combining databases containing personal data that are processed for purposes incompatible with each other is not permitted.
6.4. Only personal data that meet the purposes of their processing shall be processed.
6.5. The content and volume of the personal data being processed correspond to the stated purposes of processing. Excessive amounts of personal data in relation to the stated purposes of their processing are not allowed.
6.6. When processing personal data, the accuracy of the personal data, their sufficiency, and, where necessary, relevance in relation to the purposes of personal data processing are ensured. The Operator takes the necessary measures and/or ensures their adoption to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
6.7. Personal data shall be stored in a form that allows identifying the subject of the personal data, for no longer than required by the purposes of personal data processing, unless the storage period for personal data is established by law, an agreement to which the subject of the personal data is a party, beneficiary or guarantor. The personal data being processed shall be destroyed or depersonalized upon achieving the purposes of processing or in the event of loss of the need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by law.
7. Purposes of personal data processing
7.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data:
- providing services related to inquiries sent via contact forms on the websites;
- informing users about our services if the User has consented to this;
- improving the functioning of the websites based on the analysis of user behavior;
7.2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving informational messages by sending the Operator an email to sales@ismartcamp.pl with the subject line "Opting out of notifications about new products and services and special offers".
7.3. Anonymized User data collected using Internet statistics services is used to collect information about the actions of Users on the website, improve the quality of the website and its content.
8. Legal grounds for processing personal data
8.1. The legal grounds for processing personal data by the Operator are:
– statutory (founding) documents of the Operator;
– agreements concluded between the operator and the subject of personal data;
– laws, other regulatory legal acts in the field of personal data protection;
– consent of Users to the processing of their personal data, to the processing of personal data permitted for distribution.

The Operator processes the User's personal data if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the website https://ismartcamp.pl, sent to the Operator by e-mail and/or personal data that became known to the Operator as a result of processing of the call received from the User to the Operator's mobile number (+48) 451-624-463. By filling out the relevant forms, making a call to the Operator's mobile number and/or sending their personal data to the Operator in another way, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
8.3. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is permitted in the User's browser settings (the storage of cookies and the use of JavaScript technology are enabled).

- Place an application for participation in the camp session on the website (fill out the camp session registration form, specifying all the necessary data).
- After receiving an SMS message from our side, follow the link in it to a secure page to make a payment. Payment must be made within the period specified in the invoice sent to your e-mail provided during registration.
- The cards of the international payment systems VISA, MasterCard are accepted for payment. The payment page will indicate the service you have chosen and the payment amount in Polish zloty. To make a payment, you need to enter your bank card details and confirm the payment by clicking the PAY button. You transfer your payment card details directly to the bank, not to the seller. None of our employees has access to your payment card information.
- When paying with Apple Pay, select a card from the Wallet application, use a passcode or other authentication method, depending on which method is selected in the application. When placing an order using Samsung Pay, click Pay Samsung Pay, enter your Samsung Account and confirm the purchase on your smartphone (using your fingerprint, iris, or Samsung Pay PIN).
- BLIK – safety, speed and convenience. BLIK payments are convenient and secure – you enter the BLIK code (a 6-digit one-time code) and confirm the transaction using a PIN code in the banking application. BLICK is available in applications in 18 banks, all you need is an Internet connection and a phone. With BLIK, you can pay for purchases online, transfer money to a phone number, as well as withdraw and deposit money at an ATM.
- After you make the payment, a spot will be reserved for you in the selected camp session. From our side, you will receive an SMS message stating that the payment has been successfully completed and we have received your payment.
- After the payment is completed, a confirmation of payment (card receipt) will be sent to your e-mail provided during registration for the camp session from the acquiring bank. After making a payment using a bank card, it is necessary to save the received card receipts (payment confirmations) for reconciliation with the statement from the card account (in order to confirm the completed transactions in case of disputes).

Payment security
- Payments by bank cards are made via Tpay Internet acquiring.
- The secure server establishes an encrypted connection over a secure TLS protocol and confidentially accepts the data of the client’s payment card (card number, holder name, expiration date, and card verification code CVC/CVC2).
- The cards of the international payment systems VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB are accepted.
- The security of making a payment is ensured by modern methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels. The card data is entered on the secure authorization page of the bank. To make a payment, you must enter the card details: number, holder name, expiration date and a three-digit security code. The three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard) is the three digits on the back of the card. If the card supports 3D Secure technology, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code.
- The personal information you provide (e.g.: name, address, phone, e-mail, bank card number, etc.) is confidential and not subject to disclosure. The card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on this Internet resource.

Return Policy
- Refund of funds is possible only upon written application and is regulated by the rules of international payment systems, as well as the service agreement concluded by the parties (Payer and Contractor).
- The refund is made to the same bank payment card from which the payment was made, within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Application for refund.
- In the event of the Payer's unilateral refusal to receive services before the date specified in the contract concluded with the Payer at least 45 days before the start of the provision of such services, the Contractor is obliged to return to the Payer the entire amount received from the Payer, with the exception of funds in the amount of 15% of the payment made.
- In case of unilateral refusal of the Payer to receive services before the moment of commencement of the provision of such services specified in the contract concluded with the Payer in less than 45 days and not less than 15 days, the Contractor is obliged to return to the Payer the entire amount received from the Payer, except for funds in the amount of 30% of the completed payment.
- If the Payer unilaterally refuses to receive services before the moment of commencement of the provision of such services specified in the contract concluded with the Payer in less than 15 days, the Contractor is obliged to return to the Payer the entire amount received from the Payer, with the exception of funds in the amount of 50% of the completed payment.
- The bank commission for the refund is paid by the Payer. The Contractor has the right to review the amount of money returned to the Customer in the direction of increasing the refund amount if there are valid circumstances on the Customer's side (the state of health of the child participating in the event, other family circumstances), confirmed by written evidence.
- If the Payer unilaterally refuses to receive services at any time after the start of the provision of services, the Contractor has the right to return funds to the Payer in proportion to the amount of services received by the Payer if there are valid circumstances on the Payer's side (the state of health of the child participating in the event, other family circumstances), confirmed by written evidence.
